Gelibolu.net is a community site where people who love Gallipoli share information and photos. By asking, answering or sending a photo you accept the rules below.
Community rules
The following is not published:
- Politics: political content of any view; praise or criticism of parties, politicians, elections, the government or the opposition. Practical questions about public services such as ferries, hospitals or municipal office hours are welcome.
- Insults and attacks: swearing, mockery, humiliation, threats, harassment; insults against people, institutions or businesses.
- Hate speech and discrimination based on religion, language, ethnicity, gender, disability or similar.
- Adult content: sexual or sexually suggestive content.
- Other people's personal data: phone numbers, home addresses, ID or licence plate numbers.
- Advertising and spam: unrelated links, repeated or commercial posts. Recommending a business from your own experience is fine.
- Violence and illegal content.
Moderation
Every post and photo is screened automatically by AI. Suitable posts appear immediately; doubtful ones are published only after an administrator reviews them, or not at all. Published content may also be removed if it breaks the rules. Accounts that repeatedly break the rules lose posting rights.
Responsibility
Questions, answers and photos are the responsibility of the people who post them. Answers reflect visitors' own knowledge and experience; please check ferry times, prices and opening hours with official sources. Gelibolu.net does not guarantee their accuracy.
Rights
Your content remains yours. By posting it you allow Gelibolu.net to publish it on the site with your name (first name and last initial). If you ask, we remove your content.
